What does this mean for the relationship between Artificial Grass Company and you as our customer or supplier?
It means that you can control exactly what contact and other information we hold for you, whether or not we can share that information with a third party and to what use we and that third party may put it.
Information we hold and why we hold it:
Artificial Grass Company has on file some or all of the following information for each customer and supplier. This may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and in the case of suppliers relevant bank account details.
The information we hold is entirely for the legitimate interests of maintaining our trading relation and communication with you. We use this information to correspond with our customers regarding our services and to process any orders placed with us. We also use supplier’s information to place orders and to pay for purchases from suppliers.
Do we share your data with a third party?
We will disclose certain information regarding logistical solutions to other organisations (relevant hauliers / couriers). However, any information we hold we will not share with third parties without your authorisation.

Collection / Delivery addresses
Contact details for both collection and delivery address
How long will we hold your information?
We will keep your information as long as permitted for our legitimate business purposes and for a retention period that we are legally required to meet.
What does this mean for you?
As a customer or supplier to Artificial Grass Company we are required by the new legislation to inform you that we hold contact and other information about you and to ask whether you wish us to continue to retain us to contact you for the purposes listed in the previous paragraph.
If you no longer wish to receive correspondence from us about our services or do not want to order service from us again then you can ask us to remove all your personal contact details from our systems. Likewise if you are a supplier and no longer wish to continue in that capacity you can ask us to remove your details from our systems.
You are free to change your mind at any time. All we need is an e-mail or other written correspondence asking us remove all your contact details from our systems. We will comply with within 48 hours.
You are free to opt-in and opt-out as you wish. Your decision to opt-in or opt-out at any time will not impact how Artificial Grass Company will engage with you as a customer in the future.
What to do now:
If you are happy with Artificial Grass Company continues to hold the contact information we have for you as listed above and that we continue to use it for the purposes stated then you do not need to take any further action.
If you no longer with us to retain your personal contact information or to contact you again about our services please do so in writing by email / or by post.
